Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. - Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract technical talent. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company as a desirable employer. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: - Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the tech industry. - Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies (software development, data science, IT). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
