Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Be a part of a new practice of an established company in the Leadership Hiring space Responsible to generate revenue by closing open positions at the client side. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to both clients and candidates. Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in non-technical industry recruitment (headhunting). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Proven track record of successful leadership hiring experiences. Strong understanding of industry mapping and talent sourcing strategies.
