Job Purpose

Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals responsible for end-to- end recruitment for Asset Management business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison with the concerned Functional Head to understand the hiring requirements
  • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to closure of requirements which involves JD screening, qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, coordinating interview with the panel, Salary negotiation, Generating offers, Documentation & Post joining follow up
  • Responsible for hiring for various roles for Asset Management Group (Quantitative Research, Equity Research & Credit Research, Compliance Operations)
  • Generation of accurate recruitment-related reports for the Concerned Heads
  • The person's role will be to keep a continuous pipeline of candidates, interview them, build relationships with them etc.
  • Preparing data bank of the candidates
  • Responsible for Campus drive, right from contacting the campus to recruiting the right talent.
  • Key Competencies

  • MBA in HR, Good academic background
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience into BFSI, finance, research (non-tech)
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Highly motivated and willing to work hard
  • Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
  • Problem solving skills are expected
