Job Summary:

Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for sales-driven and customer service roles, while contributing to organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO sales & support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates for communication and cultural fit.
  • Handle bulk/volume hiring with strict deadlines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Assist with general administrative and HR support tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience

    with a strong focus on

    hiring

    in the

    BPO sector

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    BPO operations, sales targets, and performance-driven culture

    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing tools.
