Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities (Freshers kindly apply)

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage all stages of the hiring process, from taking client briefs to candidate onboarding, specifically targeting international placements.
Sourcing and Screening:
Strategically source candidates using job portals, professional networks, and our internal database to meet niche international job requirements.
Client & Candidate Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between our international clients and prospective candidates, managing expectations and ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
ATS Management:
Effectively utilize our
Recruitment Software (ATS)
and other technological tools to track candidates, manage workflows, and maintain a robust pipeline.
Compliance:
Ensure all hiring practices adhere to relevant international and local employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally with exposure to
international or expat hiring
.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and proficiency in using an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex mandates simultaneously.
A professional and resilient demeanor suitable for client-facing and global communications.
