Sales Associate

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, update customer information in CRM systems, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have experience in voice-based sales processes, be proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications, demonstrate strong planning and organization skills, and be customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role would be beneficial.
