Campaign Co-Ordinator/ Accounts

As a Campaign Coordinator / Account Manager at Brand Vantage Marketing Private Limited in Whitefield, Bengaluru, India, your role will involve client communication and campaign coordination primarily with clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for proactively contacting clients to coordinate artwork submissions and campaign details. Managing the complete campaign lifecycle, including briefing, artwork approvals, bookings, and delivery timelines, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the main point of contact for post-sales issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Your duties will also include responding promptly to client inquiries or complaints via phone, email, or chat, providing regular status updates to clients, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients. Keeping detailed CRM records, generating reports on campaign performance and customer feedback, and gathering client feedback to enhance internal processes and service delivery will be essential tasks in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong project and campaign management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in drafting professional emails and reports. Familiarity with CRM systems and collaboration tools, strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail, and B2B experience in an international market are necessary qualifications. Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines are preferred skills for this role.
