Location : Kerala Educational Qualification: BE (Civil /Environmental) Year of Experience : Minimum 7-8 Years of experience in rural SLWM Experience of working on designing, planning and implementation of rural SLWM technologies Experience in solid and liquid waste management, preferably in Kerala Job Description / Mandatory Skills : Preparation of technical notes, feasibility study reports, DPRs, technical designs and estimates for SLWM technologies Develop strategies and action plans for implementing SLWM solutions. Preparation of technical resource material focusing on working principles and ground implementation of various technologies On site support for execution and construction monitoring Delivering technical sessions during national and state level trainings Support to field level functionaries on execution of technical aspects on ground and O&M of technologies Visit to states and providing support to state level government officials for roll out of technical aspects of SBM Research and explore emerging technologies for improved waste management. Desired Skills : Good understanding of rural sanitation technologies and implementation aspects Ability to work in relevant software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD, Microsoft excel, etc). Good drafting and documentation skills Ability to work in and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders Able to manage projects end to end: project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
