Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews over phone or video calls to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with shortlisted candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in B2C/BPO hiring or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
