Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruiter will develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. The Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver on recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a network of professional contacts
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
