We’re Hiring – USA Recruiters (Hybrid, Pune)

Meraki7 Inc. is looking for USA Recruiters to join our team at our Pune office:

V-18, Survey No. 18/2A, 2nd Floor, Office #206, Balewadi High Street, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045

Role Type: Hybrid (Onsite Mon–Thu, WFH on Fri)

Shift: EST (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong command of Business English (spoken & written)
• Boolean search expertise using job boards (not just ATS)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed job posting
• Willingness to work night shifts only (no day/midnight shifts)
• Own transportation (no pick & drop facility provided)
• Immediate joiners only
