Location: Pune, India
Shift Timing: US‐shift / Evening & Night (to overlap with US time zones)

About Us:
Meraki7 Inc. is seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter with BPO / voice-outbound experience to build pipelines of US-based healthcare professionals (RNs, CNAs, Allied, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to healthcare candidates (cold & warm)
• Screen candidates on licensure, experience, pay expectations, availability
• Pitch roles, handle objections, convert to qualified submissions
• Track activities, maintain ATS/CRM updates
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, follow-ups
• Collaborate with account & operations teams for urgent hiring needs
• Maintain compliance with data/privacy rules and Do-Not-Call norms

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 1–4 years in BPO / voice-outbound / sales or similar
• Comfortable with high call volumes and conversion metrics
• Excellent spoken English; strong objection handling
• Able to work evening/night shifts aligned to US timing

Preferred / Plus:

• Experience in US healthcare recruitment or staffing
• Basic knowledge of licensure, credentialing, clinical staffing
• Experience with job boards, sourcing methods, VoIP dialers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
