Role Details Location: Pune (Hybrid: Mon–Thu office, Fri WFH) → 3 Positions Remote (Work from Anywhere in India) → 2 Positions Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (US time zone) Focus: Full-time hiring for Healthcare (primary) + some Non-IT roles (USA) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (DOE) Tools: Ceipal ATS, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Mandatory Requirements Proven & current experience in US Healthcare Clinical full-time recruitment (not past, not other domains) Strong track record in sourcing, screening, interview coordination & closures Deep understanding of full-time US hiring practices Why Join Meraki7 Inc?
