Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring teams to define requirements, building a talent pipeline, and maintaining recruitment databases. The role requires effective communication, prioritization of tasks, and alignment with strategic hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment techniques
• Strong communication skills, including writing job postings and conducting interviews
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving related to workforce planning
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
