Job Description

A recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent. The role typically includes:

1. Talent Acquisition

Identify staffing needs in collaboration with hiring managers.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and social media).

2. Screening & Selection

Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate technical and HR rounds.

3. Candidate Engagement

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Offer Management

Negotiate salary and benefits within company guidelines.
Prepare and release offer letters.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records in HR systems (e.g., VirtuO or ATS).

6. Employer Branding

Promote the organizations culture and values to attract talent.
Participate in job fairs and networking events.
