Job Description

Contact customers with overdue credit card or loan accounts to negotiate repayment or settlement plans.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Operations) for escalations and resolutions.
Adhere to RBI and company compliance standards during all collection activities.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly recovery targets .

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 3 years as a Collection Agent / Recovery Officer in the Banking or Credit Card industry .
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Collection Management Systems (CMS) and MS Office.
Knowledge of banking recovery procedures and regulatory compliance .

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Recovery percentage and target achievement.
Number of resolved delinquent accounts.
Compliance and quality standards adherence.
