Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue credit card or loan accounts to negotiate repayment or settlement plans.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Operations) for escalations and resolutions.
• Adhere to RBI and company compliance standards during all collection activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as a Collection Agent / Recovery Officer in the Banking or Credit Card industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Collection Management Systems (CMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of banking recovery procedures and regulatory compliance.
