Reconciliation Specialist

As a Reconciliation Specialist (Team Lead) with 4-5 years of experience, your role will involve managing financial reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvements. Your strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and ability to lead a team will be essential in optimizing reconciliation workflows through automation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform and oversee regular financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, reattempt failed reconciliations, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure seamless data integration and reconciliation within ERP systems. Team Management & Coordination: - Lead and mentor a small team to ensure efficient task execution. - Monitor team performance, allocate responsibilities, and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to streamline reconciliation processes. Process Improvement & Automation: - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and minimize manual effort. - Work on ERP-driven automation to improve reconciliation accuracy and turnaround time. - Implement best practices to ensure a smooth and scalable reconciliation framework. ERP & Reporting Compliance: - Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliation reports. - Leverage ERP systems for transaction tracking, reporting, and automation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
