Join our Financial Reporting & Controls team and take the next step in your finance career. We are conducting a walk-in drive to hire for key roles in Record to Report (R2R) – Reconciliation.

Open Positions

1. Analyst – Financial Reporting & Controls

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in R2R / Reconciliation
• CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (including 4 percent variable)
• Qualification: Graduate in Finance or Commerce

2. Senior Analyst – Financial Reporting & Controls

• Experience: 3 or more years in R2R / Reconciliation
• CTC: Up to 9 LPA (including 6 percent variable)
• Qualification: Graduate in Finance or Commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger, bank, and intercompany accounts
• Perform month-end close activities such as journal entries and reporting
• Investigate and resolve variances and aged open items
• Support both internal and external audit processes
• Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation
• Conduct process training and identify opportunities for improvements

Candidate Requirements

• Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Notice period of 30 days or less
• Must be available for the walk-in interview on 27th September in Bangalore
• Candidates from Finance or Commerce background only
