Position Overview

Tity Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, uphold a positive office environment, and provide administrative support to internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route messages to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area for professionalism, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room coordination.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and inventory tracking.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and maintain related records.
  • Assist with onboarding support for new employees (ID cards, visitor passes, etc.).
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, administration, and management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced office environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation processes.
  • Ability to manage minor office procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Banking experince preferred
