Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for an on-site role at our Dwarka location. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your daily tasks will include managing phone communications, greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for every guest and team member.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls and managing front-office tasks
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining records
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address visitor and client needs courteously
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-office role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be an advantage
