Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobilization Relations Specialist located in Dwarka. The Mobilization Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key school college , coordinating with internal teams, recruiting and mobilizing potential candidates, supporting program outreach initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with external partners. The role also involves monitoring candidate engagement processes and contributing to the academy’s overall growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Experience in mobilizing , candidate engagement, and mobilization processes
• Event coordination, program outreach, and marketing skills
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in the aviation or education sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Dwarka
