Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Counselor located in Dwarka. The Aviation Counselor will provide guidance and counseling to students interested in aviation careers, assist them in selecting suitable courses, and work closely with prospective students and their families. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting information sessions, managing admissions processes, and providing continuous support throughout the student enrollment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in counseling techniques, student advising, and resolving queries
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and related professional roles
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in student counseling or a customer relationship role is a plus
• Proficiency in using office tools, email communication, and CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, education, or aviation studies)
