Job Summary

Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist Client, visitors, and clients in a courteous manner
Manage appointment scheduling and Client registrations
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Maintain patient records and update clinic management systems
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinical staff
Collect payments, generate bills, and maintain basic cash records
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Handle client queries, feedback, and basic complaint resolution
Follow clinic policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup preferred
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
