About Us

Marwari Catalysts is a leading startup accelerator dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. We work with startups, investors, and ecosystem enablers to drive growth and create impactful ventures. As we expand our creative team, we are looking for a talented Receptionist who can manage front desk and some part of administration well.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office / Reception:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols.
  • Keep the reception and front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Handle courier, post, and other deliveries (incoming & outgoing).

Administration:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement in coordination with vendors.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Manage petty cash, basic expense tracking, and maintain administrative records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and facility management teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for workplace safety and security.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.

Requirements

Experience: 0-1 years

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage front office and admin tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills for smooth workflow.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle ad-hoc responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
