Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when required.
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle courier dispatch and receipt, maintaining proper logs.
  • Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
  • Support HR and administrative teams with documentation, filing, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and employee movement records.
  • Ensure hospitality arrangements (tea/coffee/water) for visitors and meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and security as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle visitors and queries with tact and efficiency.
