Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Factory Manager with strong experience in stainless steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will lead production operations, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and oversee ERP-based manufacturing processes. ERP experience is mandatory , with preference for candidates who have worked on Microsoft Business Central. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Plan and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, manpower and machine utilization. Improve workflow efficiency and implement best practices. Resolve production bottlenecks using effective problem-solving. ERP System Management Manage all factory functions through the ERP system (preferably Microsoft Business Central). Department: Finance & Accounts Role Overview: Kumar Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive (Finance & Accounts) to handle branch accounting, sales and purchase transactions, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel within a manufacturing or project-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and record day-to-day sales and purchase transactions in Tally ERP. Monitor branch imprest limits and process expense bookings based on approved claims. Calculate and deduct TDS as per statutory rates. Perform branch-level reconciliations with Head Office accounts. Conduct ledger reconciliations for clients, vendors, and inter-company transactions. Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and material movement documentation. Assist in monthly closing of books, including journal entries, provisions, and adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation for audit and statutory compliance (invoices, contracts, tax records). Liaise with auditors, vendors, and banks to resolve accounting-related queries. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
