Role Overview

Senior Factory Manager

ERP experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Plan and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
  
• Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, manpower and machine utilization.
  
• Improve workflow efficiency and implement best practices.
  
• Resolve production bottlenecks using effective problem-solving.
  

ERP System Management

• Manage all factory functions through the ERP system (preferably Microsoft Business Central).
  
• Use ERP for planning, inventory control, order processing, reporting and MIS.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and train employees on ERP usage.
  

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement strong quality control procedures and meet customer & company standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Conduct regular workplace audits, inspections, and safety reviews.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor supervisors, plant operators and support staff.
  
• Conduct performance reviews and promote training & skill enhancement.
  
• Build a collaborative, productive and disciplined work culture.
  

Cost & Efficiency Management

• Prepare and manage the plants operating budget.
  
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and promote lean manufacturing principles.
  
• Reduce waste and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
