Job Role: Senior Electrical Research & Development Engineer

new product development

Key Responsibilities

Lead
new product research & development
in Electrical/Electronics domain.
Design, simulate & prototype
analog/digital circuits & embedded systems.
Perform
testing, validation, feasibility analysis & risk assessments.
Improve existing productsefficiency, reliability & cost optimization.
Prepare
schematics, technical documents, reports & SOPs.
Work with
production, QA & procurement teams
for manufacturability.

Technical Skills Required

Analog & digital circuit design
Embedded C programming; Microcontrollers/Microprocessors
PCB design tools (Altium/KiCad/Eagle)
Simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice/PSpice)
Expertise with lab testing equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, analyzers)

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

Power electronics, IoT, or RF systems
Knowledge of regulatory certifications (CE, RoHS)
Manufacturing/assembly design knowledge (DFA/DFM)
Published research or patents

Ideal Candidate Traits

Strong analytical & experimental approach
Passion for innovation and hands-on engineering
Ability to take projects from concept prototype product launch
