📌 Job Title: Front Desk Sales Executive🏢 Company: Maxmedia Photo Studio📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat🕐 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM💰 Salary: As per experience and performance (starting from ₹12000 to 20,000/month)🎯 Job Objective:To be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the studio, handle inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience — while actively contributing to sales growth through effective communication and follow-up. 🧾 Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk ManagementWelcome and greet all walk-in clients and visitors warmly. Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries promptly. Maintain client appointment schedules and ensure smooth coordination between clients and photographers/editors. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. 2. Sales & CounselingUnderstand customer requirements (kids shoot, wedding shoot, portfolio, etc.) and suggest suitable packages. Explain service details, offers, and pricing confidently to convert inquiries into bookings. Follow up with leads generated through calls, social media, and walk-ins. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. 3. Customer Service & RelationshipEnsure client satisfaction throughout the booking and delivery process. Handle any customer concerns or complaints politely and resolve them with professionalism. Build strong relationships with repeat clients and encourage referrals. 4. Coordination & AdministrationCoordinate with the studio team (photographers, editors, delivery team) for smooth workflow. Manage payment receipts, billing records, and client databases. Update daily inquiry, booking, and closing reports. Support the manager with administrative and marketing activities when required. 📋 Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred). Strong sales and persuasion ability. Basic knowledge of photography services (training will be provided). Confident personality with a customer-first attitude. Good computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM handling). Time management and multitasking ability. 🎓 Qualification & Experience:Minimum: Graduate or equivalent. Experience: 1–3 years in front desk, sales, or customer service (studio or hospitality background preferred).
