We're currently seeking a polished, organized, and service-driven Receptionist and Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and help keep our office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities 🛎️ Front Desk & Client Experience Greet clients, agents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer and route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members Manage emails and front desk communication Ensure the front office and common areas are tidy, welcoming, and aligned with our brand 🗂️ Office Coordination Order and manage office and marketing supplies (flyers, signage, open house materials) Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and building management needs Support day-to-day scheduling of conference rooms and team meetings Assist agents with listing packets, signage coordination, and client materials 🧾 Administrative Support Help prepare contracts, disclosures, and other transaction documents Maintain organized client and property files (digital and physical) Assist with onboarding new agents and staff (office setup, technology, etc.) Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and client appreciation initiatives Who You Are 1–3 years in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative role — ideally in real estate or a client-facing industry Friendly, polished communicator with strong customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Tech-savvy — comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and ideally CRM tools A team player with a proactive, “no task is too small” attitude Bonus Points If You Have: Experience using real estate software (e.g., DocuSign, Dotloop, MLS platforms) Familiarity with marketing materials and listing processes Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain Why Work With Us? 🏡 Be part of a respected name in real estate  🤝 Collaborative, professional, and people-first culture  🌟 Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment  🎉 Team events, learning opportunities, and a modern workspace 📩 How to Apply  If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being the hub of a busy real estate office, we’d love to hear from you! connect on whatsapp 8948827727
