Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages; redirect to appropriate departments when required. Maintain guest records, bookings, and billing information accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests. Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas as per hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Handle guest requests courteously and promptly. Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies properly. Follow safety, hygiene, and health regulations strictly. Ensure lost and found items are reported and documented properly. Cooperate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and service guidelines.
