Description

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
Handling Housekeeping team

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (3-7 years).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting and office management procedures.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
