Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in billing or reception roles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to queries.
Generate bills and consolidate day-end reports accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in billing or reception roles.
Strong knowledge of billing systems and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
Experience working in a similar role is preferred.
