Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to guide, mentor, and grow a team of real estate professionals. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional client service, recruiting and training agents, and managing day-to-day operations to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coaching

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Sales & Business Development

• Set and monitor team sales targets and KPIs.
• Support agents in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and market share.

• Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all team activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Oversee contract management, documentation, and reporting.
• Implement efficient systems, tools, and processes for productivity.

• Client Relations,

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and partners.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.
• Represent the team at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management (3–5+ years preferred).
• Previous leadership, coaching, or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and organizational ability.
• Active real estate license (required in most markets).

Compensation

• Base salary plus performance incentives/commission overrides.
