Real Estate Team Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader (Real Estate) to lead, manage, and mentor our sales team. The role requires a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and business growth. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead generation and promotional activities. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Resolve escalated client queries and ensure smooth closure of deals. Recruit, onboard, and develop sales executives to strengthen the team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (X+ years) in real estate sales with at least [X years] in a leadership/managerial role. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
