Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry. · Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals. · Present and promote construction services to potential clients. · Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide tailored solutions. · Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals. · Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. · Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale. · Organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: · 2+ years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or related industries. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Ability to understand technical project requirements and offer suitable solutions. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
