Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Guest Relation Executive Warmly greeting guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival at the company's premises or project sites. Addressing guest inquiries, providing information about the company, its projects, and services, and assisting with any specific needs or requests. Facilitating smooth communication between guests, staff, and management, ensuring effective information flow and addressing any concerns or feedback. Keeping accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and any relevant information to track and improve guest experience. Addressing guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. Assisting with the planning and execution of events, such as client meetings, project inaugurations, or community engagement activities. Cultivating positive relationships with guests, especially repeat clients and VIPs, to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Accompanying guests on site visits, providing information about the project, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Assisting with the preparation and compilation of sales documents, agreement verifications, and other paperwork related to customer interactions. Gathering guest feedback through various channels and reporting it to relevant departments for continuous improvement. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of reception areas and other guest-facing spaces. Ensuring a warm goodbye and following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
