Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused construction sales executive to promote and sell our construction services and solutions. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, preparing proposals, and closing deals to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or real estate sales and a strong ability to build client relationships. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry. · Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals. · Present and promote construction services to potential clients. · Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide tailored solutions. · Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals. · Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. · Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale. · Organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. · 2+ years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or related industries. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Ability to understand technical project requirements and offer suitable solutions. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
