Real Estate Sales Team Lead

As a Team Leader Sales in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing inside sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales team. Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales to achieve monthly revenue targets of the Team. Train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Monitor individual and team performance metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Implement improvement plans as needed to address performance gaps. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team skills.
