We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key link between our sales executives and clients, ensuring smooth communication, assisting in deal closures, and supporting site visits. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, well-versed in Excel, and ready to assist in coordinating on-ground activities within close proximity to the office. Key Responsibilities: Act as a communication bridge between the sales executive and the client. Help resolve stalled deals by identifying issues and working toward closure. Maintain and update sales data and client information using MS Excel. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person. Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits (project sites are within 1 km of the office). Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience. Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses. Support daily sales operations and administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic functions, etc.). Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally. Willingness to travel locally for site visits (within 1 km). Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player. Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service is a plus.
