Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic property dealer company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Understand market trends and property values to offer sound advice.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties and real estate regulations.
• Assist in preparing sales agreements and other documentation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Participate in networking and marketing activities to expand client base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).
• Familiarity with local real estate market and legal requirements.
