Roles and Responsibilities-


Team Management and Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of up to 10 real estate consultants.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.


Sales Support and Pipeline Management

  • Assist team members in managing their sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Actively participate in client interactions to help team members close sales effectively.


Training and Development

  • Provide continuous training on Mumbai’s real estate market, sales techniques, and project-specific knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and ensure team members are well-equipped with the latest market insights.


MIS and Reporting

  • Maintain and analyse Management Information Systems (MIS) to track team performance and sales pipelines.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.


Motivation and Team Building

  • Foster a positive, high-performance team environment through motivational sessions and regular feedback.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing team members to strengthen team morale and engagement.
