Real Estate Sales Manager

Sales & Target Management • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the project team. • Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs and targets. • Plan and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and motivational sessions to boost morale and productivity. • Provide on-field and off-field guidance to sales executives in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures. • Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training sessions. Client & Customer Relationship Management • Build and nurture strong client and customer relationships. • Oversee client meetings, site visits, and project presentations. • Manage client queries, objections, and ensure prompt resolution of issues. • Negotiate terms and finalize deals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Sales Operations & Process Management • Support the team in lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and end-to-end sales processes. • Monitor and manage the sales funnel and lead conversion ratios. • Ensure all documentation, agreements, and compliance protocols are properly handled. • Coordinate with legal, marketing, finance, and project execution teams for smooth transaction closure. Reporting & Analysis • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic inputs.
