Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, market trends, and customer engagement strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals. Generate new leads through networking, site visits, channel partners, and digital marketing initiatives. Manage end-to-end sales processes: client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, events, and site visits. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure sales, with proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
