Real Estate - Sales Manager

• Manage end-to-end sales activities for gated community projects — from lead generation to closure.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle walk-in customers at project sites, conduct site visits, and provide professional property consultations.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with channel partners and brokers to maximize lead inflow and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and advertising activities.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Train and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and maintain brand reputation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of real estate sales, preferably in villa or gated community projects.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value transactions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
