Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Director
Around Town Realty Pvt. Ltd., based in Jagatpur, Ahmedabad is hiring a Sales Manager with 3–5 years of real estate sales experience. The ideal candidate will generate leads build relationships with builders and channel partners, coordinate site visits, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
· Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and track performance.
· Generate new clients through networking and cold calling.
· Build strong client and builder relationships.
· Guide clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
· Conduct site visits and close property deals.
· Coordinate with marketing for promotions.
· Maintain sales records and report to management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
· 3–5 years of real estate sales experience.
· Team management experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
