Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: cold calling. Meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, and explain project details effectively. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat and referral business. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements. Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and sales closures in CRM or reports. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (1–5 years) in real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Good knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Key Attributes: Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
