Real Estate Sales Manager

Bellway Realtech is seeking a highly capable and result-driven Real Estate Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep market understanding, and excellent client-handling skills. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining long-term relationships and generating referrals. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business decisions. Prepare and present performance reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and productivity within the team. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Team Leadership roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and drive consistent results. Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an added advantage.
