The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions. This role involves interacting with homebuyers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the end-to-end property buying journey. 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesConvert qualified leads into site visits, bookings, and closures. Conduct virtual and physical property presentations and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Understand project features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and legal approvals. Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM workflows. Negotiate deals and collaborate with senior management for closing. Update CRM regularly with lead status, customer interactions, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing, channel partners, and documentation teams for seamless transactions.
